Over the last 5 days Killington gotten almost 4 feet of snow!!! All of us at surf have been so busy shredin pow we haven't had time to keep you guys updated. 10 days to Christmas!!!

Only ten more days till Christmas, have you done your shopping yet? I know times are hard and everyone is pinching pennies. That's no reason to not celebrate the holidays. To brighten up your gift giving cheer... here are some great gift ideas that won't break the bank.

Epic powder day...or not

Killington received 10 inches of snow last night. Sadly it was followed by freezing rain. Therefore Killington lost power and shut down for the day BOOO! Some people hike to get some fresh tracks, some people went home, and some of my friends grabbed a stick out of the woods to session it. Neil stoked about fresh powder.

The Snowboard Realms

The Snowboard Realms is short videos put out by Pro Snowboarder TJ Schneider. He starting putting them out last year. This year season two has already begun. Each film allows normal riders like you and me get a small viewing of what it is like to be a Pro snowboarder. TJ is very welcoming to any riders who wants to met up with him and his crew for shred session. Today I will feature Season 2 Episode 4. Don't get Frostbite!

It has been getting REALLY COLD in Vermont the last few weeks. Today with the wind chill it is -4 degrees F. That's cold! Don't try to look cool with out wearing some sort-of face protection.Your face, fingers and toes are most likey to frost bit. You wouldn't go out on a below zero day with out glove right?You need to be wearing a balaclava or fleeced lined face mask.

Rails to Riches Results

Rails to Riches Rail Jam was held last night at K1 base lodge. It was a chilly night filled with hot riders. A lot of slipped out spills and many stuck landings. Forrest Baily took home the big money 4 grand to be exact for the guy snowboarders. And Tanya Schmidt got the big check for the ladies.

I made the Cover

In this weeks issue of The Mountain Times (which will be on stands from Dec. 4th-10th). I, Kimmai (employee of Surf the Earth Snowboards) made the cover of the Best Snowboard Shops in Killington.
