Iron Chef Champions!!

Surf the Earth employee's Dillon Dudley and Steven Kelly competed and won the 3rd annual Killington Iron Chef competition held at Sushi Yoshi. They dressed in their freshest pirate attire, and with help of their secret ingredients, (AWESOME and EXTRA AWESOME) lead their team into to victory. They created a Vermont masterpiece which they called "THE BEAST" which was the Seven peaks of Killington represented by local moose filet wrapped around roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Gameballs with native Vermont moose, venison, and bear accompanied the mountains all topped with a wasabi-soy cream sauce and finished with rosemary for a touch of foliage. Julienne zuchini, summer squash, carrots and snowpeas provided the fiber.
